The Blues took an early lead within the first ten minutes, netting a composed finish past the Greys’ goalkeeper and setting an intense pace for the match.
However, the Greys responded with determination, finding an equalizer through a powerful strike off a well-delivered attack. This goal invigorated the Greys, who began to dominate possession and apply consistent pressure on the Blues’ defence.
The breakthrough came just before halftime with a sublime strike, shifting the momentum entirely. The Blues struggled to regain their early composure as the Greys went into the break with a 2-1 lead.
The second half saw the Greys continue their relentless pursuit of goals. The Blues attempted to mount a comeback, but their efforts were thwarted by a well-organized Greys’ defence.
